What it does
AirJelly is a desktop app for Apple Silicon Macs and Windows PCs that takes screenshots of your work across apps, keeps an encrypted local timeline and memory of it, and uses cloud AI to pull out tasks, write daily reports, prepare briefs and pass context to coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code.

- Screen-based work capture. AirJelly takes screenshots of what is on screen across your apps, such as Slack, Zoom, Google Docs, Calendar and email, and keeps a timeline you can browse or rewind. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Automatic task capture. Tasks are extracted from conversations, meetings and messages with their context and due dates, and Deadline Alert can use Google Calendar to remind you before deadlines. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Daily report and proactive briefs. An end-of-day report summarises progress and unfinished tasks, and AirJelly surfaces follow-ups, reminders and meeting briefs without being asked. Official source 1 ↗
- Editable memory and people view. You can see, edit or delete what AirJelly remembers about you, and review the people you work with, recent conversations and follow-up promises. Official source 1 ↗
- Context for coding agents. Version 2.0 connects supported agents such as Codex and Claude Code on the same computer, giving them relevant work context and learned working preferences; Recall shows which assistants accessed your memories. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Connected work apps. Gmail, Notion, Google Calendar and Google Drive can be connected so emails, documents and your schedule inform answers and tasks. Official source 1 ↗
- Reusable skills from repeated work. Grow turns work you do often into step-by-step guides or Skills that an AI assistant can reuse. Official source 1 ↗

Best for & limitations
Turning commitments made in chat or meetings into tasks with the conversation attached, for product, operations and engineering teams. Official source 1 ↗
Preparing a brief before a calendar meeting such as an interview, with background, recent work and talking points. Official source 1 ↗
Summarising many open papers, docs and notes into one research page for researchers and PhD students. Official source 1 ↗
Handing a project to Codex or Claude Code with its context instead of re-explaining the background. Official source 1 ↗
- Screenshots are sent to cloud AI. Screenshots are stored encrypted on your device, but when screen understanding is on, screenshot images and related text are sent to remote model services (Vertex AI, OpenRouter and AWS, hosted in the US). Official source 1 ↗
- Some provider retention. Some Amazon Bedrock models that require safety reviews may keep request data for up to 30 days. Official source 1 ↗
- Local key protection relies on the OS. Local screenshot encryption keys are protected mainly by the operating system's file access controls. Official source 1 ↗
- History does not sync between devices. Context, screenshots and local history stay on the current device and do not move automatically when you sign in on a new one. Official source 1 ↗
- Analytics linked to your account. PostHog product analytics may be linked to your account, and the sign-in flow sets your user ID and email in Sentry. Official source 1 ↗
- Early access, adults only. The service is in early access and may change or be unstable, and the privacy policy says it is for users aged 18 or over. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- No published pricing page. Plan prices appear only in the site's structured product data and inside the app; the free plan's daily credit amount is not stated. Official source 1 ↗
