What it does

Polylane is an AI SRE service from Coreplane Labs. It connects to your clouds, observability tools and repositories, watches logs, metrics and traces for issues, investigates the root cause with cited evidence, reviews pull requests against the production they deploy to, and opens fix pull requests that go through your normal review and CI.

Features

  • Live context graph. Connected clouds sync every resource, dependency and deploy into one graph, linked across providers through hostnames, DNS records and IPs, and ranked daily from critical to minimal. Official source 1 ↗
  • Issue detection without thresholds. Agents read metrics, logs and traces on a cadence and judge them against each resource's normal behaviour, raising an issue when something drifts. Official source 1 ↗
  • Alert intelligence. Forwarded alerts are checked by reading the query behind each one, so repeated firings collapse into one issue and only real ones are investigated. Official source 1 ↗
  • Evidence-backed investigations. Root-cause work proceeds step by step across code, deploys and telemetry, with each step showing its evidence or stating that it does not know. Official source 1 ↗
  • Pull request impact review. Every pull request is reviewed against the infrastructure it deploys to, flagging changes likely to cause an incident before merge. Official source 1 ↗
  • Autofix pull requests. Fixes are written only after the cause is proven and checked against the signal that raised the issue; implementation can be delegated to Cursor, Devin, Factory, Conductor or Capy cloud agents. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
  • Instrumentation gaps. Finds blind spots where code does not log enough and closes them. Official source 1 ↗
  • MCP code mode. Coding agents can send a short TypeScript program against the MCP tools that runs on the server, returning only the answer; the MCP server is read-only by default. Official source 1 ↗

Billing details

Credits are AI usage weighted by model cost in one shared monthly pool that covers threads, investigations and fixes and resets every month. Official source 1 ↗

When credits run out the agents pause and nothing is charged automatically; plans with pay-as-you-go overage can enable it under a monthly cap. Official source 1 ↗

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period and the workspace moves to Free. Official source 1 ↗

Free access & limits

The Free plan allows 2 team members, 2 cloud account connections and 10 PR reviews a month with the base credit pool; MCP and API reads stay unlimited, while investigations, autofixes and PR reviews draw on credits. Official source 1 ↗

Best for & limitations

  • Workspace data trains models by default. Polylane uses workspace data to improve its models unless an admin turns it off; turning it off stops future collection but keeps data already collected until you request deletion. Official source 1 ↗
  • Some integrations still on the roadmap. GitLab, Azure, PagerDuty, Jira, Microsoft Teams and several other integrations are listed as roadmap items, not available yet. Official source 1 ↗
  • AI output can be wrong. The product itself notes that AI can make mistakes and asks you to check cited sources; fixes still go through your own review and CI. Official source 1 ↗
  • CLI installer limited to macOS and Linux. The one-command CLI setup is documented for macOS and Linux only. Official source 1 ↗
