What it does

Tapemoon is a browser-based AI music video generator for songs you own. You upload a WAV or MP3 or paste a Suno share link; Tapemoon maps the tempo, beats, sections, energy and lyric timing, drafts a storyboard you can edit, and renders scenes with Seedance 2.0 Mini or Kling 3.0 that cut on the beat. The result is an MP4 in 16:9 or 9:16 with the original audio. It does not put real people, face swaps, lip sync or cloned voices into videos.

Features

  • Song map from the audio. Tapemoon analyses an uploaded WAV or MP3, or a Suno share link, for tempo, beats, sections, energy and lyric timing, and builds the video timeline from that map so cuts land where the music changes. Official source 1 ↗
  • Beat-synced editing. Cuts and camera moves land on the beat, faster tracks get shorter shots, each verse, chorus and drop starts a new scene, and quieter parts hold longer while loud parts cut faster. Official source 1 ↗
  • Editable storyboard before rendering. Every scene and its start time is shown in a storyboard where you can change the style, a scene or a lyric before spending credits. Storyboards use no credits; paid plans can generate up to 20 a day. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
  • Lyrics timed to the vocal. Lyrics are transcribed and timed to the vocal for on-screen captions, and any line can be corrected before rendering. The lyric imagery also shapes the scenes. Official source 1 ↗
  • Choice of video model per render. Each render uses either Seedance 2.0 Mini (1 credit per second, rendered at 480p and upscaled to 720p) or Kling 3.0 at 720p (3 credits per second) or 1080p (4 credits per second). Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
  • Horizontal or vertical MP4 export. Videos export as MP4 with the original audio in 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok; you choose and pay for one format. Official source 1 ↗
  • Partial renders and scene redos. You can render only part of a song by picking the first and last scene, regenerate one scene at a time, and pay only for that scene's length. Regenerating a scene image or the character photo costs 1 credit. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
  • Credits returned on failed renders. If a render fails because of a fault on Tapemoon's side, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. Official source 1 ↗
  • Content not used for training. Tapemoon states that uploaded songs, lyrics and generated videos are not used to train its own or third-party AI models. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
