What it does
BaseTab is a browser extension from Generatech Studio, Inc. that replaces the empty new tab with a dashboard of widgets you arrange yourself: search, bookmarks, notes, to-dos, a kanban board, a Pomodoro timer, market tickers, Google Calendar and Gmail, and chat widgets for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Its AI feature builds new widgets for you from AI credits, which come with the Pro plan.
