What it does
NeverApply is an AI job search agent from Kasovy LLC, a Wyoming company. You upload your resume and say which jobs you want. Its agent, Otto, picks matching roles from listings collected from employer career sites, rewrites your resume for each one and fills in and submits the application on the employer's own form. It also tracks replies, drafts interview prep and answers questions in a chat. In Ask mode you approve each job first; in Send mode it applies on its own up to a daily cap.

- Applies on employer forms. Otto opens the real application page on the employer's applicant tracking system or career site, fills every field from your profile, attaches your resume and submits. Applications are spread through the day, minutes apart, and each one gets a receipt with the submitted fields and timestamp. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Ask or Send mode. In Ask mode Otto opens no form until you approve the job, and it pauses when a required answer is missing. In Send mode it picks from your matches, skips blocked companies, writes any missing required answers itself and stops at your daily cap. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Resume tailored per job. For each role, the agent reorders your resume bullets and rewrites two or three lines to fit the job description, using only facts already in your profile. On Max this happens for every application automatically. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Daily matches. New roles are scored against your profile and trimmed to a shortlist. Free shows a preview of five matches a day; paid plans get unlimited matches. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Tracker and a separate inbox. Every application lands in a tracker sorted by replies, sent, waiting and not sent. Otto applies from its own email address and forwards only interview requests and anything that needs you. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
- Keeps your current employer out. Your current employer is blocked by default, and you can block any other company by name. Official source 1 ↗
- Interview prep and Otto chat. When a role moves forward you can generate likely questions, talking points from your resume and a company brief. The Otto chat can rewrite documents, run a mock interview and queue applications. Official source 1 ↗
- Use it from your own AI. The MCP connector lets an assistant read your matches and applications. You choose read, write or apply access, and the assistant can submit only jobs you explicitly approve under a separate grant. Free allows 50 reads a day; paid plans 2,000 per connected client. - It acts in your name. Turning on auto-apply lets NeverApply create accounts on systems such as Workday and Oracle, accept their terms on your behalf and submit applications. Submitted applications cannot be recalled. Official source 1 ↗
- Send mode can write answers for you. In Send mode the agent may compose missing required answers, including a required demographic question with no decline option, and submit them without asking you. Official source 1 ↗
- Works around sites that block AI agents. When an employer's site blocks AI agents, NeverApply says it keeps working through the block in a real browser session. Check whether that fits the employer's terms before relying on it. Official source 1 ↗
- No refunds or guarantees. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. NeverApply does not promise interviews or offers, and says it does not catch every scam listing. You must be 18 or older. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗ · Official source 3 ↗
