Effects are grouped into all-year collections (photo to video, birthday) and seasonal ones for New Year, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Refunds: you can request one within 7 days if a paid result does not look like you, or if credits from that order are unused. Refunds are reviewed by hand, and a refunded or disputed pack is withdrawn in full, which can leave a negative balance. Official source 1 ↗
