• Fixed 12-second vertical output with sound. Every video is 12 seconds, 1080×1920 (9:16), with music, a soundtrack or sound effects depending on the template, sized for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Each face gets an automated age estimate and public-figure check, and photos, text and generated videos pass automated content moderation; blocked content is deleted and its payment or credit returned. • Short data retention. Uploaded photos are deleted as soon as the video finishes, and videos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Billing details

Single videos and packs can be paid by card through Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) or PayPal; the first-video offer and plans are card-only through Stripe. Subscribing needs a Google account. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗

Refunds: a paid video that cannot be delivered is refunded automatically. Other refunds are discretionary and must be requested by email within 14 days. Monthly plans are refundable within 7 days and yearly plans within 14 days only if no plan video has been used; upgrade charges are non-refundable. Free access & limits

The free allowance is a single watermarked 540×960 preview per person (one per Google account and per device), with no daily free allowance. Free previews are also capped per network and per day, so they can run out. Official source 1 ↗
