Instinct
Instinct is a personal AI agent from Spear Street Technology, Inc. (d/b/a Instinct). There is no new interface to learn: you text or call it, and it uses a phone and computer the way a person does to dispute a bill, send birthday gifts, order groceries, schedule doctor’s appointments or plan a weekend away. It can connect to Google Workspace and make purchases on other services with the payment method you give it. New users join a waitlist, and no prices are published. Content may be used to train its models unless you opt out. This profile is based on official pages, not hands-on testing.

FAQ
How do I use Instinct?
You text or call it. Instinct describes its interface as no new interface at all: it works over messages and phone calls and uses a phone and computer the way a person does. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time text code at app.instinct.com.
How much does Instinct cost?
Instinct has not published prices. Its terms say some features may require fees, charged in U.S. dollars through a payment processor, but no plans or amounts are listed on its site. New users join a waitlist and get a welcome text when their spot becomes available.
What can Instinct do?
Instinct’s own examples are disputing an unwarranted bill, sending birthday gifts to friends, ordering groceries, scheduling doctor’s appointments and planning a weekend getaway. If you link Google Workspace, it can work with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Tasks. It can buy things on other services using the payment method you provide; you, not Instinct, are the buyer.
Will Instinct ask before acting?
Its terms say Instinct may add confirmation requirements or other controls on certain actions, but make no promise that these prevent unintended or wrong actions. Actions may not be reversible, and you are responsible for what it does on your behalf, so check important requests and the permissions you grant.
Does Instinct train on my data?
By default it may. Its terms and privacy policy allow your content and usage data to be used to train AI models unless you opt out at app.instinct.com/settings, and material flagged for safety review can still be used after you opt out. Anything you put in the Vault, and data received from Google Workspace, is never used for training. Information is also shared with third-party AI model providers that support the service.
How do I delete my data?
Request deletion of indexed data from connected services at app.instinct.com/workspace; disconnecting a service alone does not delete what was already indexed. You can revoke Google Workspace access in a conversation with Instinct or in settings, and deleting your account deletes the Google Workspace data it collected. You must be 18 or older to use Instinct.
