Pricing
The engine is MIT-licensed and free to run yourself with no seat limit. Busabase Cloud has a Free plan for one person, then flat per-seat Plus ($10 per seat per month billed yearly, or $12 monthly) and Pro ($20 per seat per month billed yearly, or $24 monthly) plans, plus custom-priced Enterprise. What it does

Busabase is an open-source (MIT) database and workspace where AI agents and people share the same data, docs, skills and apps. Agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor write into typed tables and docs through Agent Skills, MCP, a REST API or a CLI, and every change is stored as a commit with its author and history. Writes that matter can be held as change requests in a review inbox, where a person approves, revises or rejects them before they reach the canonical record. It runs locally, self-hosted on your own server, or as the hosted Busabase Cloud, which starts free and is priced per seat.

  • Shared bases, docs, skills and apps for agents. A workspace holds typed tables (bases), a knowledge base of docs, AirApps built on the same data, saved agent skills and written playbooks agents check before a task, so the next agent or teammate reads what the last one wrote. Official source 1 ↗
  • Git-shaped review inbox. Agent edits arrive as change requests made of immutable commits. Reviewers see a field-by-field diff, then approve and merge, revise, or reject; rejected work never enters the canonical data and every decision stays attached to the record.   • Bring your own agent. Busabase has no built-in model.
