What it does

Hypervibe is a native macOS app for running several command-line coding agents at once. Each agent, such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI, runs as the real interactive CLI in its own terminal console, and the consoles sit on a pannable visual board. Around them Hypervibe adds a status map of which agent is working or waiting, teams and handoffs between agents, scheduled loops, a voice planner, repo 'studios' and session resume. The agents run on the subscriptions you already hold; Hypervibe does not call or resell the coding models.

Features

  • Board of real terminals. Each console is the actual CLI in a real pseudo-terminal, so Ctrl-C, Vim and full-screen TUIs behave as in a normal terminal. Consoles sit on a pannable, zoomable board with switchable workspaces, alongside live localhost preview tiles, kanban and notes, ink markup and a Git/GitHub panel. Official source 1 ↗
  • Runs 34 agent CLIs on your own plans. Supports Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Grok, OpenCode, Aider and a catalogue of 34 CLIs, plus any custom executable. Agents run logged in with your own accounts, so no API keys are needed. Official source 1 ↗
  • Mission map, teams and handoffs. A mission map shows every console as working, resting or needing you, driven by each CLI's own hooks. Consoles can be grouped into teams with roles, and a task can be handed from one agent to another with a summary of the outgoing session. Official source 1 ↗
  • Loops and batch launch. Consoles can be triggered on a schedule, on idle or on output, and a loop given a goal retires itself once the goal is met. The composer launches up to twelve consoles in one action. Official source 1 ↗
  • Voice planner. Speak or type commands to the whole board; speech is transcribed on the Mac, a hosted planner turns the command into prepared prompts, and replies are spoken back. Destructive actions wait for confirmation and prompts are never sent without you pressing Enter. Official source 1 ↗
  • Repo studios. Studios turn a repository into documents with PDF export, diagrams placed on the board (PNG or .excalidraw export), a code tree with highlighted previews and an Obsidian-style markdown vault. Official source 1 ↗
  • Resume, accounts and usage. Quitting and reopening relaunches each console and offers its last conversation through the CLI's native resume. Profiles with isolated homes run two accounts of the same CLI side by side, and a usage pill plus token analytics per day and agent are read from local logs. When the monthly credits run out, new voice planner requests and spoken replies pause until renewal with no extra charge; the board, consoles, dictation and local commands keep working. Official source 1 ↗

Free access & limits

There is no free plan or free trial; the app requires a Pro subscription, and subscribers download the installer from their account dashboard. Official source 1 ↗

Best for & limitations

A developer running three or more coding agents in parallel every day who needs to see which one is waiting instead of checking terminal tabs. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗

Someone who pays for more than one agent, such as Claude Code and Codex, and wants them side by side on one repo with handoffs between them. Official source 1 ↗

A consultant or employee keeping work and personal (or per-client) logins of the same CLI running at once. Official source 1 ↗

  • macOS on Apple Silicon only. There is no Intel Mac, Windows or Linux version. Official source 1 ↗
  • You still pay for each agent. Hypervibe does not include model access or raise plan limits; each CLI needs its own plan or API key, and parallel sessions drain those plans faster. Official source 1 ↗ · Official source 2 ↗
  • Planner sends board context to hosted services. Voice planner commands go with a board snapshot to Hypervibe's planner service, which uses Groq running gpt-oss-120b; spoken reply text goes to Inworld. The site advises treating the planner like any hosted model. Official source 1 ↗
  • No built-in file isolation. Agents writing to the same repo can collide; you need to open one console per git worktree yourself. Official source 1 ↗
  • Young product. Version 1.0.0 was released on 1 October 2026. Official source 1 ↗
