What it does

OpenStays is a direct booking engine for independent hotels, resorts, homestays and BnBs in India, from OpenStays Private Limited. It puts a booking widget on the property's own website and a listing on OpenStays.in, and adds a WhatsApp AI assistant that answers guest enquiries with quotes and follow-ups from the property's availability, rates and policies. It also takes UPI and card payments, collects guest IDs over WhatsApp with Form C flags, and lets guests' own AI assistants book through the website engine. Plans are annual and priced in rupees, with no booking commission.
