What it does

Stoic is a guided journaling and mental well-being app. It gives you daily prompts, morning and evening check-ins, guided journals, mood tracking, meditation and breathing exercises, and uses AI to personalize prompts, suggest sentence starters, group your history and, on the Premium + AI plan, act as a journaling mentor that analyzes your entries. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Android and the web.
